Biz Challenge: Work Hours…Check

The new year is here. It’s time to get your time management skills together & use them to benefit your biz!

On to today’s challenge.

Short & sweet!

Today, right now, take 10 minutes to write out your basic daily schedule for the week.  What do you do when? Obviously things will change here & there, but for the most part, it should be the same.

Next, figure out when you have time for work & set aside this time {or if you’re like me, several times throughout the day} for work. Write it down, put it near your work-space, on your fridge, in your planner, or wherever else you need to see it at.

That’s it! You’re done. You know when you have time to work. You’ve just set official work hours.

Now when you’re looking into scheduling tasks to get done on your biz each day, you know exactly when to work & how much you can get done in the time you have.

Here’s the hard part.

Stick with it. If it’s not time to work, don’t work! If something comes to your mind, have a notebook available where you can write down your thoughts. Then, when time for work rolls around, you have your thoughts right there in front of you.

What are your work hours? Let me know in the comments below!
